Shipping and Delivery Policy

 

  1. Shipping Locations

    We currently ship across all major cities in India. At this time, international shipping is not available.

  2. Shipping Charges

    Shipping charges may vary based on your location and the size of your order. Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

    Free shipping is available for orders above ₹10,000.

    Standard shipping rates apply for orders below ₹10,000, based on the weight and delivery location.

  3. Delivery Time

    Estimated delivery times may vary based on your location and the product ordered:

    • Mobile Phones: Typically 3-7 business days.
    • Gift Vouchers: E-vouchers will be delivered via email within 24 hours of purchase. Physical vouchers, if applicable, will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

    Please note, delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistical issues. In such cases, we will inform you via email or SMS.

  4. Order Processing Time

    Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  5. Shipment Tracking

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking information. You can track your order using the tracking number provided through our delivery partner’s website.

  6. Delivery Attempts

    Our delivery partner will make two attempts to deliver your order. In case you are not available at the time of delivery, the order will be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

  7. Order Cancellation and Changes

    Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.

  8. Damaged or Missing Items

    If you receive a damaged product or if items are missing from your order, please report the issue to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.

  9. Delivery Restrictions

    We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or remote locations that are not covered by our delivery partners.
